We are a leading manufacturer in the screw barrels and plastic extruder machinery industry. We specialize in providing cutting-edge solutions and high-quality machinery for the plastics processing sector. Our products are used globally by manufacturers, ensuring reliable performance and enhanced productivity in plastic extrusion operations.

Required Education: Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Any Graduate with min 3 to 5 Years Experience as Sales Coordinator or Inside Sales Executive Profile in any Capital Goods Industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in the plastic extrusion and related industries.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and track progress.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track interactions with prospective customers.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Provide detailed product information and technical specifications regarding screw barrels, plastic extruders, and associated machinery.
- Offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring profitability for the company.
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the external sales team to follow up on leads and close sales deals.
- Prepare and present quotes, technical documentation, and product brochures.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of machinery and parts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending additional products or services.
- **Market Research & Feedback**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to provide relevant information and insights.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate with the product development team to improve product offerings.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and business development activities.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss targets, pipeline, and strategies for business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
