- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new clients through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients for repeat business.
- Explain product features and benefits to clients effectively.
- Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Negotiate deals, handle pricing discussions, and close contracts.
- Maintain and update sales reports regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and self-motivated to achieve results.
