We at Shish Industries Ltd are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inhouse Sales Executive to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Record and manage customer information in Datasheet.
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding market conditions and customer needs.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in telesales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
