IT Sales Executive - Agency Experience (Web, App, UI/UX, Marketing,Branding)
**Location**: Bangalore
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 2-4 years in IT/Digital Agency sales

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pitch customized solutions for mobile app development, website design & development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC).
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical and creative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal project and technical teams to scope out proposals, timelines, and estimates.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep CRM and pipeline reports updated regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience in an IT/Digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of mobile & web development technologies, UI/UX processes, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple client conversations and project scopes simultaneously.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Existing network of potential clients (startups, SMEs, founders).
- Experience with tools like Trello or Notion.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
