Job Description: School Sales Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a School Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to educational institutions, with a primary focus on schools. Your goal is to establish strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the school market and increase product adoption.
- Identify potential leads and target schools for sales outreach, based on demographic and market analysis.
- Conduct research to understand school needs, curriculum requirements, and competitor offerings to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Schedule appointments with school administrators and relevant stakeholders to present our product offerings.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products that align with the school's needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and address any queries or concerns raised by potential customers.
3. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including principals, academic coordinators, and procurement managers, to become a trusted advisor for their institution's educational needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, providing follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Track sales performance, generate regular reports, and present progress to the sales manager.
5. Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the education sector and identify potential business opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to provide insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
6. Attending Events and Trade Shows:
- Represent the company at educational conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and expand the network of school contacts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector or selling educational products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the product's value proposition to school representatives.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals with schools and meet sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with school personnel.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit schools within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.

The fixed salary is 1.8LPA and rest will be incentive based

- Bachelor's (preferred)
