**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle international customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, shipment schedules, and export documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and agents.
- Support the export manager in achieving monthly and annual export targets.
- Assist in international exhibitions, client visits, and export market research.
- Ensure timely submission of commercial documents like Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure proper data tracking in Excel.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance department for collections.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in Export/International Sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multilingual abilities (English + Hindi + additional language preferred).
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Experience in B2B or industrial product sales will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn international market dynamics and export procedures.
