**Position**: Export Marketing Executive

**Skills Required**:

- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software
- Knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and logistics management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Export Documentation and Compliance**:

- Manage and coordinate all export processes including order processing, documentation, and shipment arrangements.
- Prepare and review essential export documents like commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations and laws governing exports.
- **Marketing and Market Research**:

- Support the export sales team in identifying new markets and customers to expand the business globally.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to enhance export strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to international markets, including digital marketing, social media, and trade exhibitions.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and promotional content to attract international clients.
- **Client and Supplier Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with international clients and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve export-related queries.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on export activities, sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to aid in decision-making.
- Use reports to suggest improvements in service delivery and contribute to enhancing the company’s overall export strategy.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-related roles.

- **Salary Range**: ₹20,000-₹30,000 per month (Industry Standard)
