**Job Overview**:

- Gathering necessary supporting documents from borrowers, such as tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, property appraisals, and verifying their authenticity.
- Analysing credit reports to assess borrower creditworthiness and compliance with credit guidelines.
- Reviewing property appraisals to ensure accurate valuation of the collateral.
- Verifying borrower income and asset information to determine loan affordability.
- Ensuring adherence to all applicable lending regulations and guidelines, including Fair Housing laws and Truth in Lending Act requirements.
- Presenting complete and accurate loan packages to underwriters for credit decision-making.
- Contacting borrowers to request additional information, clarify details, and keep them updated on the loan status.
- The processor is tasked with managing the daily operations of loans that are received in the queues.
- This role involves documenting all transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining comprehensive records of all financial activities. It is essential to ensure that all relevant systems are updated in a timely manner.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Processing loans in accordance with the requests or tasks queued, ensuring completion within the designated timeframe.
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures to execute tasks with precision and achieve accuracy on the first attempt.
- Capture required data points pertinent to transaction processing to facilitate report generation and performance assessment.
- Commit to a 9-hour work schedule to consistently meet daily SLA and KPI objectives.
- Engage actively during training sessions to clarify any uncertainties, while providing support to colleagues and contributing to the achievement of team objectives.

- Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role_
- A minimum of one year of experience in mortgage servicing operations is required.
- Proficient in evaluating cash management, payment services, and resolving inquiries related to payoffs.
- Demonstrates a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of responding swiftly, engaging in critical thinking, and collaborating effectively within a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work night shifts and in an office environment.
