**Associate/Analyst - Processor**

**Job Overview**:

- Conduct detailed servicing reviews using test scripts provided by Client Business Controls.
- Access Client systems and perform loan level testing to determine compliance with Client policies and procedures; and provide detail on exceptions found with supporting comments and documentation (where available).
- Provide daily status reporting.
- Servicing Reviews will include, but not be limited to, the following areas:
(1) Cash Management and Investor Services

(2) Customer Care

(3) Default

(4) Escrow

(5) Loan Boarding and Loan Transfers
- Good knowledge and understanding of the above processes
- Excellent Quality Testing and Reporting skills

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Processing tasks as per the process guidelines
- Meeting assigned productivity and quality targets
- Adhering to SLAs and TATs
- Interpersonal relationship at work with peers
- Adhering to organization policies

**Qualification & Experience**
- Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role_
- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)
- Good written and oral communications skills in English
- Servicing Experience and excellent Quality Testing and Reporting skills (Minimum 12 Months experience)
