**Job Overview**:

- The associate engaged in mortgage servicing is responsible for supporting various functions, including banking, cash management, payment services, and addressing payoff-related inquiries and analyses concerning mortgage loans. Key responsibilities encompass a comprehensive examination of customer payment histories and offering suitable assistance to other internal departments to ensure accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Prompt completion and assessment of payment histories to ensure the adherence to all RESPA and state regulations.
- The processor is tasked with managing the daily operations of loans that are received in the queues.
- This role involves documenting all transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining comprehensive records of all financial activities. It is essential to ensure that all relevant systems are updated in a timely manner.
- Processor also play a crucial role in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations and analysing various processes and workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made.
- Processor must meticulously examine records, transactions, and processes to ensure nothing is overlooked. A keen eye for detail ensures that audits are thorough and accurate, fostering trust in the auditor’s findings.
- In addition to these technical skills, internal auditors must exhibit strong ethical standards. Integrity and objectivity are the cornerstones of the profession, as auditors often deal with sensitive information and must remain impartial in their assessments.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Daily, prepare a schedule of all received SOWs, CRFs and price changes executed in the month. Monthly, compare to the schedule prepared to the schedule provided by Client Management or Business Development and report. Identify, report, and resolve any discrepancies found.
- Monthly, validate the data in the Client Billing system matches system generated reports, and validate the average price per loan is within pre-established thresholds. Identify, report, and resolve any discrepancies found.
- Gather all required billing data, import it into the Client Billing system, and thoroughly validate the results. Additionally, create comprehensive supporting documentation as needed.
- Commit to a 9-hour work schedule to consistently meet daily SLA and KPI objectives.
- Engage actively during training sessions to clarify any uncertainties, while providing support to colleagues and contributing to the achievement of team objectives.
