**Job Overview**:

- Ensure the year-end forms and disclosures are printed accurately and mailed timely.
- Work with the Year-End Specialist and Quality Analyst to complete these responsibilities. At times when there are a high volume of samples, this may result in other areas assisting in reviews, this is known as the Year End Audit Team. The Manager, Operational Reporting, will work with the Director, Third Party Operational Reporting to determine this need.
- The**Credit Bureau Reporting Specialist responds to written consumer complaints and inquiries related to credit bureau reporting and submits updates via consumer reporting agencies. This position can be remote.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Respond to credit disputes raised by customer; submits credit corrections or updates to the credit bureaus.
- Notate any information and properly code disputes in the account history in loan system.
- Review customer payment history to identify the delinquent payment / late payment.
- Identify and update payment exceptions in the loan system as COVID, flood etc.,
- Report findings to managers and other interested parties.
- Communicate with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Works closely with internal departments to resolve inquiries or complaints.
- Generate response letters in accordance with Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
- Review Mortgage Note Rate for the interest rate and get it corrected in the report received from clients.
- Review VALID deferred balances, owed non-accrued interest balances, non-interest bearing UPB and deferred UPBs.

- Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role_
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit dispute, reconciliation
- Expertise in reviewing Escrow related documents and well verse with the state requirements and calculations.
- Has complete attention to details
- Ability to act quickly, think critically and work well as part of a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible working in night shifts
