**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Delivery Pigeon's parcel delivery services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their delivery needs and requirements.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and delivery options to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Delivery Pigeon to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and update accordingly.
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a must.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Minimum of 12th pass/ Graduate with 1-3 years of experience.

Ø Proven track record of success in telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the e-commerce.

Ø Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Experience using Computer, MS Word and MS Excel.
