Job Description: Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Campaign Management:
Develop and execute effective Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns that align with clients' business objectives.

Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and create targeted ad groups.

Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals that drive user engagement and conversions.

Set up campaign targeting, including demographics, interests, and geographic parameters.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and drive continuous optimization.

Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

Account Management:
Manage clients' Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts, including budget allocation, bid management, and campaign pacing.

Conduct regular account audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.

Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on campaign performance and industry trends.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and unique selling points.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports to track campaign performance, including key metrics, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition.

Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve clients' marketing objectives.

Present campaign results and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.

Provide timely responses to client inquiries and proactively address any concerns or issues.

Educate clients on digital advertising best practices and recommend strategies to maximize their campaign performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager or a similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.

In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Proficiency in using digital advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent copywriting and creative skills to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive for achieving measurable outcomes.

A passion for staying updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging digital advertising techniques.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
