**Mandatory Requirement**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in SAFe Agile, Kanban, Scrum project management is preferred.
- AWS and SAP background is useful.

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:

- In Support of AGCO's Farmer First purpose and clear intent of developing innovative technological solutions, we are opening a new digital capability centre located in Bengaluru, India,
- The centre would focus on augmenting AGCO's global IT and Digital capability and investment in high-quality technology, innovation, and R&D talent.
- The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem. They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions.

**Qualification and Experience**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Own prioritization of sprint backlog for the supply chain data domain to maximize customer value in alignment with the overall supply chain data vision.
- Leads sprint backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with technical team.
- Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories.
- Communicating of the roadmap to relevant stakeholders, passionate advocate of product roadmap through development.
- Troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.
- Prepare releases and supporting documents such as release notes, training documents.
- Organization and preparation of product demos, user acceptance testing.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data management or analytics.
- Experience in SAFe agile, preferably as a product owner or product manager
- Experience in working with supply chain data (e.g. vendor master, inventory, OTIF)
- Global experience driving enterprise level Change Management cross functionally
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management
- Specific Training or Certification Required - Product Manager / Product Owner certificate preferred
