- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing test centre management, product testing, and requirement analysis within our organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient and effective operations throughout our testing and development processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, quality assurance teams, and clients, to ensure smooth coordination and successful execution of projects._
- Responsibilities:_
- _Test Centre Management: Manage and coordinate all activities related to test centres, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of staff._
- Ensure compliance with test centre protocols, security measures, and testing standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address any technical issues or logístical challenges related to test centres.
Continuously monitor and evaluate test centre performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes._
- _Product Testing: Develop and implement comprehensive product testing strategies and plans. Coordinate and conduct various types of product testing, such as functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility testing._
- Ensure that testing processes and methodologies align with industry best practices and meet client requirements. Analyze and interpret test results, provide meaningful insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any identified issues or defects._
- _Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements. Conduct thorough requirement analysis to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives. Work closely with project managers and development teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables. Identify potential risks and constraints associated with requirements and propose appropriate mitigation strategies._
- Requirements:_
- Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in operations management, test centre management, product testing, or a related role. Familiarity with software development methodologies and testing frameworks is highly desirable._
- _Technical Skills: Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and tools._
- Proficiency in requirement analysis techniques and documentation.
Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for product testing and quality assurance._
- _Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills._
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills._
- _Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Proven track record of successfully managing test centres and ensuring operational efficiency. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities._
