As an Operations Executive, you will support the seamless execution of lifestyle exhibitions and pop-up events by managing logistics, vendor coordination, stall allocations, and on-ground requirements. This role demands high attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a strong sense of accountability in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning & Pre-Execution**
- Coordinate venue bookings, layout design, and stall placements
- Assist in vendor sourcing and negotiation (fabricators, signage, security, etc.)
- Prepare and manage checklists, timelines, and operational SOPs
- Liaise with internal teams for marketing collaterals and exhibitor communication
- Oversee licensing, permissions, and compliances where required

**Exhibitor & Vendor Coordination**
- Serve as the point of contact for stall partners pre-event and during setup
- Ensure exhibitor onboarding, payments, and documentation are complete
- Resolve vendor queries, manage vendor deliverables and timelines

**On-Ground Event Execution**
- Oversee event day operations — from setup to breakdown
- Coordinate with security, logistics, and housekeeping teams
- Ensure branding, signage, and installations are as per plan
- Handle last-minute escalations smoothly and professionally

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication (verbal & written)

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Business, Event Management, or related field
- Prior experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B coordination preferred
- Freshers with internship experience in event operations may also apply
