**Responsibilities**:
- **Building relationships**: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- **Selling**: Promote products and services, and close sales
- **Negotiating**: Negotiate and write contracts
- **Coordinating**: Coordinate deliveries with production and distribution
- **Researching**: Research potential clients and industry trends
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports for management and analyze performance
- **Problem solving**: Resolve complaints and other service issues
- **Managing**: Manage and develop an international portfolio of clients
**Skills**:
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and customer service skills
- **Technical expertise**: Understanding of the technical features and benefits of the products or services being sold
- **Sales skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills
