**Job Title**: US Sales Executive / Sr. Executive**Location**: Noida**Shift Timings**: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Both sides cab available)**Qualification**: Graduate or Undergraduate**Experience Range**: 1 year and above**Salary Range (INR)**: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 Gross per month

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals for the position of **Sales Executive / Senior Executive** to join our team in the **Outbound Sales & Marketing** division. This role focuses on promoting our services to customers in the USA, requiring excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the USA.
- Promote company services and solutions to prospects.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with leads and clients.
- Generate sales leads and follow-up on existing prospects.
- Perform basic research using Google to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
- Record all sales interactions and report to management regularly.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback on sales trends and customer responses.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as required.

**Key Skills (CTQs) - Must Have**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Fluent in both verbal and written communication.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to influence, persuade, and close deals.

**Desired Skills (CTPs) - Good to Have**:

- Outbound sales experience, preferably in an international market (USA).
- Familiarity with Google research and data collection.
- Basic proficiency in **Excel** for reporting and data tracking.
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Role Type: Individual Contributor**

**Interview Process**:
The hiring process will consist of **4 rounds of interviews**, including discussions on technical skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
