**Reporting Manager**:Founder.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Student Welfare**:

- Understand the community profile.
- Collect and maintain complete student and parent information.
- Identify, monitor, and address issues related to student attendance, punctuality, and retention through regular home visits.
- Provide intensive support to students facing challenges by engaging key stakeholders.

**2. Parent Engagement**:

- Collaborate with the Founder to plan and execute an effective parent engagement strategy.
- Organize and lead parent meetings, workshops, and other engagement initiatives to strengthen ties with parents.
- Use parent interactions to identify and address challenges within the community and individual families.

**3. Community Development**:

- Identify potential spaces in the community to establish additional learning centers.
- Serve as a liaison between the centre and the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, corporators, and other community stakeholders.

**4. Centre Management**:

- Manage the daily operations of the center, including opening and closing.
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the center remains clean and functional.
- Handle repairs, maintenance, and procurement of goods and services for the center.
- Photocopying/Printing and Centre Stationery Work.
- Manage inventory, center assets, and materials effectively.
- Coordinate events and collaborate with vendors and shopkeepers as needed.
- Maintain petty cash accounts and oversee center-related expenses.

**5. Visitor Management**:

- Serve as the point of contact for visitors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the community and the center.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift

**Experience**:
