**Job Title**:Social Worker (Masters in Social Work)**

**Organization Overview**:

We work towards improving the quality of life of underprivileged individuals and communities by providing various services, including education, healthcare, and livelihood support.

SAI RAAHAT is seeking a highly motivated and skilled social worker with a Masters in Social Work to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that support our mission to empower underprivileged communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and evaluations of individuals and communities to determine their needs and identify areas for improvement.

Developing and implementing programs and initiatives that address the needs of underprivileged individuals and communities, such as education, healthcare, and livelihood support.

Collaborating with other members of the team, including volunteers and staff, to ensure that programs are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Providing counseling and support to individuals and families in need, including those affected by poverty, illness, or other challenges.

Advocating for the rights of underprivileged individuals and communities, and working to raise awareness of social and economic inequalities.

Building and maintaining relationships with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that our programs are aligned with the needs of the community.

Developing and maintaining records and reports of program activities and outcomes, and providing regular updates to management.

**Qualifications**:
A Masters in Social Work or a related field.

Atleast six months experience in social work, community development, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

A deep commitment to social justice and a desire to make a positive impact in underprivileged communities.

Proficiency in local language(s) and English.

Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and policies related to social welfare and community development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
