**Looking for a CTO / Solution Architect**

**YOE - 15 years +**

**Location - Jaipur**

**Responsibilities of a Solution Architect**:

- Recommend the best practices for the whole solution.
- Pick the technology stackand evaluate resources.
- Inspect project limitations **to analyze alternatives, run process re-engineering, and reduce risks as needed.**:

- Act as an association between the sales and technical teams to convert the needs into results.
- Active **involvement in pre-sales processes like client communication, giving solutions etc**:

- **Designing project architecture, database** design etc
- Managing code libraries and making sure to utilize them as much as possible to reduce project budget and increase organization profitability
- Taking technical interviews of Sr. Profiles
- Making technical guidelines and implementing them
- Managing all R&D topics and managing them

**Characteristics/ skills**:

- **Verbal and written communication**: Correctly explain one's standing and current status negotiate with clients, stakeholders, and the team, and communicate problems and tasks concisely and clearly.
- **Responsive to new conditions**: Rapidly respond to changes in external environments and rebuild in the direction of solving new problems.
- **Analytical thinking & critical-oriented skills**: Think critically, question your decisions, approach problem-solving analytically, correctly formulate questions are important characteristic skills for a solution architect, which saves a lot of projects from collapse.
- Project & resource management aptitude
- Persuasion & negotiation skills
- **Problem-solving skills**: Focus on primary tasks, providing quick and high-quality solutions to issues that are necessary for primary business. These qualities are very important for a solution architect, especially for beginners.
- **Leadership skills**: Have a sense of the correct strategy and the ability to lead the whole team.
- **Technical Skills**: To perform a solution architect’s role, one needs to complete a technical education and practical experience across every central area of software development process and hardware engineering proficiency.

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
