**Requirements and skills**
- Must be B.tech/BCA/B.IT with 4+years of experience
- MCA will be preferred
- Worked on Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS)/BSDMS/WBSDMS portal
- Worked with any training partner in Jharkhand
- Must have worked in Social Sector
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and monitor database for projects of JSDMS
- Raise invoices of the Batch created
- Coordinate with Skill team members
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Networking and influencing skills
- Highly reliable and dependable
- Assessment of Batch created and trained
- Prepare Monthly Progress reports
- Prepare reports for program directors

**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
