**About MSU WISE**:Medhavi Skills University (MSU) has launched the WISE initiative to enhance employability and support job creation by equipping individuals with industry-relevant theoretical knowledge and onthe-job training. **Role Overview**: The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making across departments. The role requires strong skills in Excel, MIS tools, and reporting accuracy to ensure operational efficiency and provide timely insights to management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, maintain, and update data from various departments and stakeholders. Prepare, analyze, and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring tools to ensure visibility on key metrics.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
- Support decision-making by generating ad-hoc analysis and customized reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in line with University policies

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field (Postgraduate preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (education/skills sector experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
- Knowledge of database management, Google Sheets, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau - desirable).
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
