**Job Summary**: The MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's data systems, ensuring efficient data processing, and providing insights to assist decision-making. The role involves maintaining databases, generating reports, analyzing data, and supporting IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage the organization’s MIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
- Design and generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure data needs are met.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time data monitoring.
- Assist in automating processes to enhance data management efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system or reporting issues.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Train staff on using MIS tools and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in database management and report generation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Work Environment**:

- Office setting, collaborating with IT and other departments.
- May require occasional extended hours during reporting cycles.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
