This approach not only enhances employability but also promotes entrepreneurship across diverse sectors, ultimately contributing to a skilled and capable workforce. **Role Overview**: The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making across departments. The role requires strong skills in Excel, MIS tools, and reporting accuracy to ensure operational efficiency and provide timely insights to management. **Key Responsibilities**: - Collect, maintain, and update data from various departments and stakeholders. - Prepare, analyze, and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as per management requirements. - Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring tools to ensure visibility on key metrics. - Perform data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation to maintain accuracy and reliability. - Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, lookups, and formulas. - Support decision-making by generating ad-hoc analysis and customized reports. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow and resolve discrepancies. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in line with University policies. **Qualifications & Skills Required**: - Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field (Postgraduate preferred). - 3+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (education/skills sector experience preferred). - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, Conditional Formatting, etc.). - Knowledge of database management, Google Sheets, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau - desirable). - Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy. **What We Offer** - Being a key player in something potentially massive and world-changing - Competitive salary and incentive structure, best in the industry. - Opportunities for professional development and growth. - A supportive and collaborative work environment. - The chance to make a meaningful impact on the careers and lives of working professionals. **How to Apply** Medhavi Skills University is an equal opportunity employer.
