Job Description

Designation : MIS Executive

Location : Head Office / Project Site (as required)

Key Objective:

The primary objective of the MIS Executive is to execute data collection, analysis, and reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness to support strategic decision-making for management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Consolidation:

    – Collect daily, weekly, and monthly data from various departments (HR, Procurement, Accounts, Planning, etc.).

    – Organize and compile reporting data from project sites.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    – Data entry and report generation in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems.

    – Prepare daily closing reports, machine usage reports, material in-out statements, staff attendance reports, etc.
  • MIS Dashboard Management:

    – Create and update dashboards daily.

    – Use data visualization to present reports effectively.
  • Data Accuracy and Confidentiality:

    – Check data accuracy and remove duplicate entries.

    – Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Coordination and Reporting:

    – Regular follow-up with department heads and site teams.

    – Prepare and submit timely reports to management.
  • ERP and Software Support:

    – Should have working experience with ERP, Tally, SAP, or other MIS tools.

    – Provide user support and basic training on systems.
Skills Required:
  • MS Excel (Advanced Functions: Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Dashboard)
  • MIS Reporting, Data Analysis
  • ERP Knowledge
  • Communication & Coordination Skills
  • Time Management
Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BCA or equivalent)
  • Training or diploma in MIS / Data Analytics preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles.

Salary – 15k – 22k
