The Indian EdTech industry is expected to be more policy friendly in the upcoming years due to rising government interest. The National Education Policy 2020 emphasised the importance of leveraging technology in education solutions and supported creation of leaning content in regional languages, calling it a high priority.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Edufront is an Ed Tech start-up soaring to scale new heights expanding and gaining market by aggressive strategies and creating value throughout the value chain and creating a substantial difference in the K12 Education space.

We are looking for a hustler, an aggressive hunter, a data driven professional, as Chief Revenue Officer to partner with us in this exciting journey.

Chief Revenue officers will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s revenue and driving initiatives intended to produce more revenue. Your primary objective will be to identify and execute strategies that will generate more business, increase sales, and broaden the client base.

You will be responsible to establish sales and revenue targets, and then implement plans and initiatives intended to ensure the organization achieves those results. You lead efforts to establish new strategic partnerships and grow existing relationships, and identify opportunities for expansion into promising new areas.

**Role of a CRO - Chief Revenue Officer Role**
- The CRO will be responsible for operations, sales, corporate development, marketing, pricing, and revenue management.
- Your main aim will be to sell our SAAS platform and products for K-12 to generate the most revenue possible to the most relevant audience or TG.
- You must maximize the effectiveness of marketing and advertising investments.
- Also maximize the effectiveness of distribution.
- Must ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities of a CRO - chief revenue officer responsibilities**
- Developing and communicating growth strategies with the Founder.
- Creating, evaluating, and re-evaluating Business Models and finalizing.
- Understanding K-12 space and spearhead and generate business through all 3 verticals Government, CSR and Private School Acquisition.
- Setting up the processes of generating revenue.
- Opening doors, various sales and marketing strategies, negotiations and closing deals,
- Unifying processes to offer the customer the best experience possible, which keeps them coming back.
- Integrating sales and marketing, as well as any other process that maximizes the returns on marketing investment.
- Maintaining communication and relationships across organizational functions to work with different departments and manage the revenue generation through those departments.
- Clearly identifying micro-markets and creating specific offerings targeting those markets.
- Creating a pricing strategy to target those micro-markets so that the highest possible return is generated.
- Monitoring all the revenue streams and adjust as necessary.
- Forecasting revenue generation and the strategies required and planning accordingly.
- Managing all revenue channel development and introducing new sales channels and partners.
