We're Hiring: Shopify Specialist – Revenue Growth (D2C Fashion)

Nap Chief is India's leading premium kidswear brand, loved for its ultra-soft fabrics, bold designs, and official licenses like Marvel & Minions. We're on a mission to scale our Shopify store into the most loved destination for kidswear in India & beyond .

We're looking for a
Shopify Specialist
who will take complete ownership of our storefront and drive
revenue growth through conversion optimization, merchandising, and customer retention strategies
.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 2–4 years (Fashion / D2C preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store & Merchandising

  • Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Upload and manage product catalogs, size charts, inventory, and seasonal collections.
  • Collaborate with design & marketing teams to create engaging landing pages.
  • Implement
    fashion-specific merchandising
    : "Shop the Look," size/age collections, festive drops.

Revenue Growth & Conversion Optimization

  • Drive CRO through A/B testing of product pages, CTAs, and checkout flows.
  • Increase AOV via upselling, cross-selling, bundling, and free-shipping thresholds.
  • Set up abandoned cart recovery, retention, and loyalty/referral programs.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track KPIs: Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate.
  • Analyze customer cohorts, seasonal demand, and product performance.
  • Share actionable insights with leadership for growth strategy.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support festive campaigns, influencer drops, and collection launches.
  • Ensure Shopify integrates smoothly with Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces.
  • Implement SEO best practices for product pages and collections.
  • Enable reviews & UGC to build trust in kidswear segment.

International Growth

  • Manage Shopify Markets for multi-currency pricing and global shipping.
  • Optimize store experience for international shoppers (sizing, language, currency).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Shopify experience in
    D2C fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands
    .
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, merchandising, retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps (ReConvert, Klaviyo, , , etc.).
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Facebook Pixel, and marketing attribution tools.
  • Basic HTML/CSS/Liquid skills are a plus.
  • Analytical + creative mindset
    with an eye for fashion and user experience.
