**Job Summary**:
**Key**Responsibilities**:
- Assist project managers and consultants in planning, monitoring, and execution of consulting projects.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timelines are met.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare status reports.
- Support client communication by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and circulating minutes.
- Maintain project data, including deliverables, contracts, and resource allocation.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when necessary.
- Facilitate internal coordination across teams (research, data, operations, client service).
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality and documentation standards.
**Qualifications &** Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in consulting/professional services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
