Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage project schedules, resources, and equipment to ensure smooth execution.
- Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
- Support and report directly to the Head of Projects.
- Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements.
- Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery by effectively managing schedules.
- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Provide necessary administrative support for project-related activities.
- Coordinate project team meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Break down projects into actionable tasks with clear deadlines.
- Track project progress and proactively address any challenges.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong risk management and risk mitigation capabilities.
- Experience in project coordination and client communication.
- Proficiency in using project management tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
- Ability to empathize with team members and clients, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports, and plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.

- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Zoho Projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,907.69 per month
