- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls.
- Explain Life, Health, and Motor Insurance products clearly and effectively.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines during conversations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve performance and meet goals.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills

are welcome).
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
