**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with hiring managers to understand what they need in new hires.
- Review resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Check references and background information.
- Manage our applicant tracking system.
- Make job offers and negotiate terms.
- Help new hires get started with us.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Comfortable with using recruitment tools.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Team player with a professional attitude.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
