**Sales & Marketing**:
Develop sales strategies targeting real estate developers and related businesses. Work with teams to create compelling pitches and proposals.

Oversee advertising and sponsorship opportunities for monetization.

**Revenue Generation**:
Set and achieve revenue targets through strategic partnerships.

Explore new revenue streams through innovative content and sponsorships.

Monitor financial performance to ensure growth and profitability.

**Operational Excellence**:
Optimize resource use across departments.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

**Stakeholder Management**:
Build strong relationships with real estate developers, advertisers, and industry partners.

Represent the channel at industry events to enhance visibility and network with potential clients.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's in Media, Communications, Business, or related field.

5-10 years in media/TV production with strong content creation and workflow expertise.

Established network within media, real estate, and influencer communities.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Experience in media sales, marketing, and revenue generation preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:
Strong project management; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative storyteller with a passion for content creation.

Proficient with YouTube algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
