Chief Technology Officer

As we build the foundation of this innovative platform, we are looking for a **Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** who also brings strong **business development capabilities** to join us on this exciting journey.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial technology leader who is passionate about building innovative solutions, shaping business strategy, and driving scalable growth. We are looking for a partner who brings not only deep technical expertise but also strong business acumen and an energetic, forward-thinking mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the company’s technological vision and strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions.
- Oversee the technical architecture and infrastructure to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to identify market needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive business value.
- Convert technical capabilities into products and services that generate revenue and expand market presence.
- Work directly with the CEO and other co-founders to ensure alignment between business and technology objectives.
- Drive the creation of technology solutions that are customer-first, ensuring that the products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Lead efforts to gather and incorporate customer feedback into the product development cycle.
- Implement and optimize development processes, ensuring agility, speed, and quality in delivery.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and continuous improvement of workflows.
- Actively contribute to shaping business strategy by identifying new opportunities to leverage technology for business growth and market differentiation.
- Be a key partner in the development and execution of business strategies that align with technology capabilities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact business operations or customer satisfaction.

**Good to Have**:

- A true **full-stack thinker** — comfortable working across product development, engineering, system architecture, and scaling technology from 0 to 1 and beyond.
- Strong understanding of **business fundamentals** — not just how to build a product, but why it should be built and how it drives value.
- Deep passion for **sales-to-technology integration** — able to translate customer needs into impactful product features that naturally support growth.
- **Strong academic background** — preferably from **IIT**, **IIM**, or an equivalent top-tier institution.
- Embodies a **startup mindset** — demonstrates hustle, ownership, a high bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **5 years and above** of solid tech experience (bonus points if you’ve worked at places like **Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, Facebook** — or built something of your own).

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
