**ABOUT US**:
Our Startup Costita is one of its kind as we exclusively Onboard Manufacturers and export their Products to all around the world in bulk to importers. We are removing all hassles of exporting, Documentation, Freight hurdles, payment & Trust between Importers & Exporters. We are creating a shopping like experience for International Trade with instant Pricing. We are looking for CTO/Co-Founder who has excellent skills and entrepreneurial mindset to unleash full potential and take our startup to new heights. Equity and pay are discussed mutually.

**ABOUT ROLE**:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of our startup, you will be responsible for leading our technical strategy, driving innovation, and overseeing the development and implementation of our technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with other members of the executive team and play a key role in shaping the overall direction of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation
- Lead the development of our technology solutions, including software, hardware, and infrastructure
- Build and manage a high-performing technical team, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team to drive overall business strategy and growth
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our business
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring we have the right technology and resources in place to achieve our goals
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and drive a mindset of experimentation and risk-taking

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in a startup environment
- Strong technical background, with expertise in software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Experience building and managing technical teams, with a focus on creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the executive team
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation and technology
