Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Hyderabad. The CTO will oversee all technical aspects and technological resources of the organization for the purpose of organizational growth. Day-to-day tasks include guiding the team in software development, managing multiple projects, defining the IT strategy, overseeing the architecture of products, and directing the product development process. The CTO will ensure that technology decisions support the company's goals in a manner that is efficient, secure, and future-proof.

  • Experience in defining and implementing IT Strategy and Architecture
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of driving technological innovation and transformation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
