**Job Title**: Chief Security Officer (CSO)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and protocols for hospital safety.
- Supervise and manage the security team, ensuring round-the-clock vigilance.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, such as surveillance cameras and access control mechanisms.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency response teams in case of critical incidents.
- Train staff on emergency procedures, including fire safety, evacuation plans, and threat response.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare security regulations and standards.
- Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to hospital operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior security management role, preferably in the hospital/healthcare sector.
- Ex-military background with leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, emergency response protocols, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make swift decisions in emergencies.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Familiarity with hospital operations and patient care environments.
- Certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) are an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
