**Location**:
Corporate Office, Mumbai
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team with coordination, documentation, and follow-ups for client interactions and deals.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance and revenue targets.
- Manage and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and timely information sharing.
- Coordinate with properties to align sales activities and ensure seamless communication.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for sales meetings.
- Monitor sales trends and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, including correspondence and meeting schedules.
- Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in sales coordination and MIS reporting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in PMS (e.g., Innkeys)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented with strong analytical skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
