The MIS Coordinator will play a key role in managing and coordinating Management Information System (MIS) reporting for Below-the-Line (BTL) activation projects. The role requires ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identifying process deviations, and assisting the manager in project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Reporting**:

- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely MIS reports for management.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity across all reports.
- **Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Compliance**:

- Ensure all processes align with established SOPs.
- Highlight any deviations in processes and report them to the manager.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist the manager in execution-based projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
- Provide actionable insights through effective data analysis and reporting.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for system and process improvement to enhance efficiency.
- Support the utilization of systems to optimize workflows.
- **Coordination**:

- Act as a central point of contact for communication regarding MIS-related activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate data for reporting.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- Timely and accurate preparation of MIS reports.
- Adherence to and enforcement of SOPs across all activities.
- Effective communication and coordination to support project execution.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and precision in data handling and reporting.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
- Ability to utilize systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge of BTL activation processes and activities.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Any graduate in a relevant field.

This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a desire to contribute to efficient project execution and reporting processes.
