**Job Title**: MIS Executive - Marketing Department

**Department**: Marketing

**Reporting To**: Marketing Manager / Head - Marketing

**Location**: Bandra, Mumbai

**Job Purpose**:
To manage and maintain marketing data, generate accurate reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making in marketing operations, campaigns, and performance tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, compile, and maintain marketing data from various sources (CRM, campaigns, leads, digital platforms, sales inputs, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on marketing performance, lead generation, campaign ROI, and other KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports shared with management.
- Maintain and update marketing dashboards and databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to collect data and validate reports.
- Support marketing team with ad-hoc reports and presentations for management review.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in **Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint**.
- Knowledge of **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate in Commerce,
- 1-2 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or reporting, preferably in marketing or sales support function.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
