**Job Title: MIS Executive (AI Enthusiast)**

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented **MIS Executive** who not only loves working with numbers and reports but is also curious about the future of automation and AI-driven decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to combine traditional MIS reporting with modern tools and AI experimentation in a fast-growing product brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and trackers for sales, marketing, inventory, operations, and finance.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using tools like **Google Sheets Scripts.**:
- Integrate and manage data from multiple sources: Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and ERP tools.
- Support decision-making with actionable data insights and visual summaries using **Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Looker Studio**.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to build KPIs and performance reports.
- Assist in exploring **AI tools for internal automation**—like ChatGPT, Python scripts, Zapier, OpenAI APIs, etc.
- Document and improve data accuracy, hygiene, and reporting standards across departments.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, or reporting roles.
- Expert in **Excel / Google Sheets** (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros/scripts).
- Working knowledge of **Power BI / Google Looker Studio / Tableau**.
- Experience handling data from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) or CRMs is a plus.
- Bonus: Knowledge of **SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), or AI tools** (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, OpenAI, Notion AI).
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and passion for building scalable systems.
