**Location of role : Mumbai**

**Job Function**: Credit Cards - Products & Marketing

**Role Type : Executive/Sr. Executive**

**Travel Required: No**

**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for product wise dashboards and MIS reporting. He will be responsible for data management and analytical insights

**Job Responsibilities (JR)**:
**Actionable**

Strategic Planning and Analysis

Monitoring End to End Data set integrations for dashboards and analysis
- Review data set accuracy and refresh frequency
- Raise issues in case of data mismatch or non-availability to respective teams responsible for sharing the data
- Lead all data set requirements and coordinate with source teams for its availability to end user
- Maintain repository for all Data sets definition, Source and frequency on which data is getting updated
- Induce tracker and reports reflecting card category wise Churn ratio MoM
- Track and review card portfolio and publish the same on weekly basis
- Publish MoM Portfolio performance dashboard with summary
- Maintain and manage customer adoption/registration tracker for tracking efficiency of major growth levers.
- Reporting the major trends/findings on customer growth, new business insight and reporting the milestone, campaign efficiency etc.

Management of Information Systems
- Ensure the reliability and accessibility of MIS services across the organization.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather system requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage data security, backup, and recovery plans.

Development and Design of Computer Systems
- Design and oversee the integration of technology solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems for effectiveness and efficiency.

**Key Skills**

**Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)**
- Techno-functional skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented approach for problem solving
- Multi-tasking abilities

**Experience Required**
- Prior exposure to cards/payments business is preferable
- Prior experience of digital product or platform development is a plus

**Major Stakeholders**

External - Project partner/vendor, merchants

Internal - Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance, ISG, Legal, Risk, IT, BSG (engineering team) and design team (for UI/UX)
