**Job Summary**:
We are searching for an innovative, well-organized MIS executive to join our growing company. The MIS executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of information within an organization to facilitate effective decision-making at various levels of management.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Compile and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
- Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication
- Maintain a status on all MIS and proactively communicate with management
- Prepare weekly MIS reports
- Preparing weekly MIS analysis and report generation, maintaining process wise data

**Required Skills/ Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and good with computer skills
- Well versed with MS Office skills

**Education and Experience**:

- Graduate Degree or equivalent required

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
