**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining and developing the organization's Management Information Systems. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decisions. The MIS Executive plays a key role in streamlining data processes, preparing reports, and improving the overall efficiency of business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, operations, HR, or finance (based on department).
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data inputs and validation.
- Support management in decision-making through insightful data analysis.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data processes and reports.
- Troubleshoot issues related to MIS and provide timely solutions.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
- Experience with database tools like MS Access, SQL, or similar (optional but preferred)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle large volumes of data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Data Analysis, Excel, or Power BI is a plus

**Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles
- Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also be considered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
