**Minimum Requirement**:
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Should have good understanding of Regional Market in Distribution Sales

Excellent written skills and ability to communicate well with clients from various geographies

Should be willing to sell IT solutions (Hardware, Networking, Software Etc)

**Knowledge & Skill**:
Planning, budgeting, Analytical and cost management experience.

Product pricing negotiation with distributors.

Key role in launch of new product.

Ability to lead effectively in a demanding, fast paced, team environment.

Good regional connect with Distributors and their Head for the region

The ability to create demand for products or services by identifying, tracking and measuring customer business value

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
