**WHY**:

- We would like to increase the number of online campaigns we have so we generate/continue to generate more leads. As the number of leads increases, we want an expert in this position to help us nurture and qualify these leads. This person will need to analyze the entire lead generation process, identify gaps, find solutions to fix these gaps, and finally execute these solutions. Currently, we have one resource that is juggling multiple responsibilities and is unable to give lead generation the focus it needs.
Lead generation manager
Position: Expert
Location: Finland, India, Romania
As Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for Elektrobit’s lead generation and lead nurturing strategy. You will plan, manage, and execute end-to-end lead nurturing campaigns, ensuring that they meet product and business goals, and supporting our go-to-market strategy across our Marketing and Sales channels. You will be part of Elektrobit’s demand generation team and will work closely with product marketing, regional marketing, and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define, manage, and update the lead generation and lead nurturing strategy and process
- Generate and qualify leads (MQL, SQL, PQL) for marketing and sales teams, share results and recommendations, and track the conversion of leads till such time they generate revenue
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to help define campaign objectives, content strategy, and lead qualification.
- Implement processes to improve data quality and deliverability.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns while evaluating the customer experience across channels and touch points and define measures for potential improvement.
- Maintain marketing and sales reports and dashboards assessing against KPIs; identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.

**Requirements**:

- You have a degree in marketing or a related field
- You come with 7 years of proven experience in lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns for international B2B audiences; ideally also possess sales and business development experience
- You are an expert when it comes to Salesforce and Pardot
- You bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices, evaluate test results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel
- You possess deep knowledge of the needs of B2B customers and the buying cycle
- You are interested in software and the latest technology trends
- You think and act globally and are familiar with international structures
- You bring well developed communication skills - you communicate fluently and are an expert presenter of lead generation related topics.
