**Job Overview**:
A passion for the **specialty coffee industry**, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **administrative and secretarial support** to the executive team and members.
- **Coordinate and manage schedules**, appointments, and meetings.
- **Plan, organize, and execute events**, workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
- Manage **travel arrangements**, logistics, and hospitality for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update **records, databases**, and member directories.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders for event and operational support.
- Assist with website updates, newsletters, and social media coordination as required.
- Support ongoing projects and other tasks as assigned by leadership.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in administration, event coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Strong organizational and **time management abilities**.
- Experience working with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event platforms.
- Ability to **multi-task and prioritize** in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A **passion for the specialty coffee industry** is highly desirable.
