- **Job Purpose**_

The job holder is responsible to handle Production Shop Floor planning and scheduling.
- **Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities**_

**Plan & Schedule Manufacturing Orders (MO)**
- Analyze production priorities and plan MO daily/ Weekly/ Month. Prepare work in progress (WIP) sheet
- Arrange QC master samples for product / Component and Batch Manufacturing Instructions sheet for sample approval.
- Plan work to reduce change overs for same products and ranges. Minimize idle hours of manual and auto lines by effective work plans.

**Material Allocation**
- Schedule pick request for materials from warehouse. Arrange for Components from Deco / molding/ Batch to complete FG.
- Supervise material consumption, follow up warehouse and Deco/ Molding on pending materials. Return materials to store post production.
- Ensure JDE is updated with material allocation / RSN and physical stocks are matched.
- Manage stocks of spares required to be maintained in stores for immediate backup plan in case of breakdowns.

**Shop floor maintenance (GMP & 5S)**
- Report and document on daily WIP & FG performance summary.
- Prioritize uncompleted MO volume targets in next day’s schedule.
- Maintain shop floor safety & hygiene standards
- Supervise & train workmen on vehicle movements ( Forklift & Trucks)

**Stock Maintenance**

List non-stock items which are consumed by filling department and ensure availability of stock in hand. Send monthly request for procurement.

**Process enhancement**
- Do root cause analysis on variations of entire process; escalate issues on non-conformities.
- Ensure mandatory JDE software trainings.
- Plan cross training for staff on each functions of Filling process.
- **Skills & Competencies Required**_
- **Must have experience in Production Perfumes Filling section**.
- **Must be from Perfume & Aerosol Manufacturing Company**:

- Should possess shop floor knowledge on Filling, packing and overwrapping process
- Should be able to match master samples, interpret work orders, technical instructions, engineering directives and parameter sheets.
- User knowledge in JD Edwards Added Advantage or Working Knowledge in any ERP software
- Good Interpersonal Skill

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
