**Min Qualification**:B.A. / B.COM / Mechanical Engineering

**Min Experience**: 05 - 10 Years in Production Department

**Industries Preferred**:Medical Device / Any Plastic Industry / Any Manufacturing Industry

**Salary**:25,000/- to 40,000/

**Responsibilities**

The Production Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing a small team of production team members.

Lead a small team of people in execution of daily production work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement.

Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement.

Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within concern production department.

Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

Report to the next level HOD.

Controlling the damages related to the production.

Perform under pressure situation because of the deadline of the dispatch is most important for the production team.

Handling at least 100 manpower daily.
