**Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor**

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch department, managing the team of dispatchers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of orders, and coordinating with drivers, customers, and other departments. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**:

- Lead, train, and motivate the dispatch team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Monitor dispatch team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assign duties and manage the workload to optimize team productivity.
- **Scheduling and Routing**:

- Plan and schedule dispatch of orders, ensuring the most efficient routes and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Address delays or issues and adjust schedules as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the point of contact between drivers, customers, and other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service).
- Provide clear and effective communication to drivers about delivery routes, timeframes, and specific requirements.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding dispatch issues and work toward resolutions.
- **Data and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, routes, and vehicle logs.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports on dispatch operations, delivery times, and team performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure that all dispatch operations comply with legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the maintenance and condition of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Resolve operational issues or conflicts that may arise during dispatching.
- Ensure that orders are dispatched in a timely manner, even in cases of unforeseen disruptions (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns).
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and improve dispatch processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with other departments to streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in dispatching or logistics, with a supervisory or leadership background.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in dispatching software and systems.
- Problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Occasionally required to work outside of normal business hours or on weekends.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based, with occasional site visits or fieldwork required.
- May require working in varying weather conditions for outdoor activities.

Transport facility available from Ahmedabad to Goblej.
